Kortlabs processes personal data under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors in the European Union, under the GDPR. The processing described here will be declared to the CNDP [declaration number once filed].

This site sets no tracking cookies and no ad tech — only a local flag so the cookie notice stays dismissed. We run no analytics and do not know who visits.

The contact form collects your name, organisation, role if you give it, business email and your message, for the sole purpose of replying to you. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and delete it within twelve months of the last exchange.

Form submissions pass through Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the email to us. Both act as processors under contract and do not use the data for their own purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, oppose the processing of and delete the data we hold about you. Write to hello@kortlabs.com; we answer within the time limits set by Law 09-08 and the GDPR.
